Scout & Molly's Franchisees receive detailed training at both the Ownership level and Employee level. Pre-opening training is both online and in person at the Corporate Headquarters. Buyers, VP of Ops, support personal, Marketing team all work with Franchisees and Managers on all aspects to open, run and ongoing assistance. Grand Opening Support for opening locations comes from Rhino 7 Real Estate Project Management Teams. This includes site location selection, lease negotiation, retrofit and tenant improvement, and grand opening assistance.
