Franzy Privacy Policy
The Franzy Privacy Policy explains our practices, defines our users’ (“you” or “your”) privacy options, and describes how your information is collected and used by Franzy (“we,” “us,” “our,” or “Franzy”).
Personal Information is defined as any identifying information, usually your name in combination with another identifier, such as date of birth, postal address, email address, telephone number, or government-issued identification number. Personal Information does not include anonymous or aggregated data that can no longer be used to identify a specific person, even if combined with other data. The specific definition of Personal Information varies from one jurisdiction to another.
This Privacy Policy, along with Our Terms of Service governs your use of the Franzy website at https://franzy.com/ (the “Site”), and any information we may access through our social media platforms. For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, we will refer to all of these access points as the Franzy system (the “System”).
We may update this policy from time to time and will mark new versions with a corresponding effective date. We recommend you visit the Site to review any changes in our practices. Your continued use of the System constitutes your agreement to our then-current Privacy Policy.
What Information is Collected?
Information Collected Directly from You
We may collect Personal Information about you when you sign up for a mailing list, fill out a “Contact Us” form, or as part of other online services. The lawful basis for collection of this information is based on your consent, Franzy’s legitimate interest, or as necessary to fulfill a contract with you.
The information we may collect includes, but may not be limited to:
- Name, email address, phone number, mailing address, and other location or contact information
- Financial information necessary to process a purchase or other request
- Business affiliations
- Personal Information and preferences to customize your insights
- Other information related to your brands of interest, inquiries, or information you input into the “Contact Us” form.
Information Collected Automatically
To provide you with services, complete your requests and maintain a functional System, we may automatically collect certain information when you visit or navigate the Site, including:
- Location, date and time you access the System, and IP addresses to measure our website traffic and to help provide a more personalized experience.
- Your browser type and other technical specifications such as device ID, hardware/software type, internet service provider, serving domains.
- Your search and transaction history relating to the use of our Site.
- The website that referred you to our Site.

Collecting Information from Children Under the Age of 16
Our Site and System is not designed for, or targeted toward, children. We do not knowingly collect, maintain, or use Personal Information from any person under the age of 16. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with Personal Information, please contact us so that we may delete such information. We encourage parents and legal guardians to monitor their children’s internet usage and to help enforce our Privacy Policy by instructing their children never to provide Personal Information on our System without their permission. If you learn that a child under the age of 16 has provided us with Personal Information in violation of this Privacy Policy, you may alert us at privacy@franzy.com with “Privacy” in the subject line. We will take reasonable steps to delete that information as quickly as possible.
How Is the Information We Collect Used?
We collect information about you to provide you with services and products, and to make the System work properly. We use Personal Information for a variety of purposes related to our business, including but not limited to:
Providing, operating, and maintaining the Site
Performing the essential functions of the System including responding to inquiries, processing payments and managing orders, analysis and report creation to assess marketing effectiveness and/or business performance, finding and preventing fraud, and communicating with users about their use of the System or responding to a user-initiated inquiry on the System.
Personalizing user experiences on our System
Improving, tailoring, and expanding content on the System based on user location, preferences, and other personalization factors.

We may share non-individual information, in the aggregate, regarding your online browsing preferences to evaluate our products or allow the service providers with whom we work with to better serve our users. We will not share personally identifiable information in these instances, other than as described in this Privacy Policy.
Cookies and Similar Technologies
We use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to gather information about your use of our System and to customize your experience using the System.
Cookies
Cookies are small data files that help us keep track of your usage of the System. Many of the cookies we use enable the System to function as you would expect it to. Persistent cookies enable the System to remember things like your login information for convenience, and session cookies are useful for things like keeping the items in your shopping cart when you navigate away from the page, all of which allows us to enhance the user experience. Cookies also enable us to track and analyze user behavior to help improve our System.

Pixels and other Tracking Technologies
We may also use pixels or other tracking technologies to automatically collect information when you visit our System. These technologies usually track advertising preferences from site to site, and to gather data about users’ browsing habits to improve the user experience.
Pixels are small transparent images embedded in a site, email or ad and may provide information to platforms such as Google, Meta or TikTok, who may combine your information with other information they have about you.
Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics to help create reports and statistics on the performance of the Site. Google Analytics collects information such as your IP address, device type and operating system, referring URLs, location and pages visited. If you don’t want Google Analytics to be used in your browser, you can install the “Google Analytics Opt-Out Browser Add-On,” provided by Google.
Marketing Communications
You have the right to opt-out of marketing communications we send you.
If you no longer want to receive marketing-related emails from us, you can opt-out of receiving such emails by clicking the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any marketing email you receive from us. Please be aware that you will continue to receive certain communications from us that are necessary for our services. If you are having difficulty unsubscribing from our marketing emails using the above method, please contact us directly by email with “Privacy” in the subject line.
Third Party Websites and Links
Our System may contain links to other websites. These websites may have privacy policies different from our Privacy Policy. The System may also contain certain social media icons or widgets. Although you can view the material we have linked to, you may have to create an individual account or register to use these third-party social media sites to use interactive features. Any interaction on social media or other third-party websites is governed not by this Privacy Policy but by the terms of use and privacy policy of the particular platform.
Protection of Information
We make reasonable efforts to maintain administrative, physical, and technical safeguards for all Personal Information collected in our System, designed to protect your Personal Information from unauthorized access and against unlawful processing, accidental loss, destruction and damage. Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure, we cannot make any guarantees as to the security or privacy of your Personal Information.
We retain data collected from you only for as long as necessary to complete the purpose for which it was collected.
Do Not Track Signals
The System does not respond to browsers’ Do Not Track signals.

California
As a California resident, your rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) include:
Right to Access and Data Portability
You may have a right to be informed about what personal data we collect from you and how it is used, as well as our purposes for processing your personal data, and the categories of third parties to whom we have shared it over the past 12 months. You may have the right to receive such Personal Information in a transmittable and readable format
Right to Request Deletion
You may have the right to request that we delete Personal Information that we have collected from you and retained, subject to certain exceptions.
Right to Correct
You may have the right to request correction of any inaccuracies in the Personal Information we have collected from you and retained.
Right to Opt Out of the Selling or Sharing of Your Personal Information
Franzy does not share or sell your Personal Information for monetary consideration. We use cookies, pixels and online analytics, as described in the Cookies and Similar Technologies Section, to gather information about your Site visits and to provide targeting marketing. The CCPA may classify this sharing as a “sale” or “share” of Personal Information.
Non-Discrimination
We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights under the applicable state data protection laws.
Exercising your Rights
You may send us a verifiable request at privacy@franzy.com with “Privacy” in the subject line, regarding the above rights. Only you, or someone legally authorized to act on your behalf, may make a verifiable consumer request related to your Personal Information.
The verifiable consumer request must: 1) provide sufficient information that allows us to reasonably verify you are the person about whom we collected Personal Information or an authorized representative of that person; and 2) describe your request with sufficient detail that allows us to properly understand, evaluate, and respond to it. We will only use Personal Information provided in a verifiable consumer request to verify the requestor’s identity or authority to make the request.
We seek to respond to a verifiable consumer request within forty-five (45) days of its receipt. If we require more time, we will inform you of the reason and extension period in writing.

With respect to California Civil Code Section 1798.83, also known as the “Shine The Light” law, we have not disclosed any of these categories of Personal Information parties for direct marketing purposes in the immediately preceding calendar year.

A number of other US states, including Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Indian, Iowa, Minnesota, Montana, Nevada, Oregon, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, and Virginia, may provide their residents with certain privacy rights.
Residents of Colorado, Connecticut, Montana, Oregon, Texas, Utah and Virginia (and other states) may have the right to request:
- Whether we are processing your Personal Information, access to that information and to receive a copy of your Personal Information.
- Correction of your Personal Information that is inaccurate.
- Deletion of your Personal Information.

Oregon residents may request a list of the third parties with whom we share Personal Information.
Other than as set forth in this Policy, we do not collect or process Personal Information that may be considered "sensitive" and subject to the laws in Colorado, Connecticut, Montana, Oregon, Texas, Utah or Virginia. We do not use Personal Information for profiling in furtherance of decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects for a consumer.
Under the Nevada Revised Statutes Chapter 603A, we do not currently engage in the “sale” of Personal Information.
